Private portal
A separate address for your organization with its own identity, used by the training admin, staff and trainees — each with a dashboard matching their permissions.
Close follow-up
Each trainee's status: not started, in progress, completed, and who needs follow-up — with quiz results and attempts.
Reports and certificates
Printable reports exported to PDF and Excel, and electronic certificates of attendance with a unique number and verification code.
Full data separation
Each organization's data is separate and visible only to authorized people from the organization and the academy's IT administration.
